The knit is incredibly delicate and I had a bit of a peek-a-bo with my industrial strength Rip-Curl bikini (bikinis I believe are solely made for the fuller bust lady with a reinforced neck harness). Alas my black leather shorts have definitely been a victim to the holiday as they have not resurfaced since returning. I have spotted a really cool pair from Missguided though with a nice luxe feel (and an elasticated waist - goody!). My neon necklace is from Penneys/ Primark which was also featured in my JW Anderson post (READ IT HERE).

I can't stress the irony of these pictures as I have an innate dislike of swings (sensation of moving in my head), and I've yet to be on a rollarcoaster but it's all in the name of my blog, right?
In other news, I was invited to do another street style piece for a national newspaper. I pulled apart my wardrobe last night for inspiration and ideas and I'm pretty happy with what I chose. Tomorrow I'm meeting a photographer to put the whole look in action. I accept it's somewhat 'cheating' when you get to decide what you want to wear, so I've no excuses but to totally rock it!
Finally I picked out some new glasses earlier this week. It was six years since I changed them so it was time for a fresh look and new pair. For anyone like myself who has worn glasses since a young age you can develop such a complex to wearing them, purely due to the fact you NEED them. I kind of blew my boyfriend's budget but for once I'm actually excited about collecting them. I wear my contact lenses 24/7 so for a few of you this will come as a surprise that I am quite blind. I choose the Rayban 'clubmasters' which are a little bit more out-there. Think secretary. Hot secretary. 'Wayfarers' aka 'geek specs' are sooooo 2010! These babies are the future...
Don't forget guys tomorrow is the LAST DAY of my new pink Cork jersey competition in association with Finns Corner Cork! Check out my previous post HERE for details and links of how you can win a ladies GAA jersey in time for Cork v Clare in Ennis this Sunday! Best of luck to all who enter!
I've another busy day tomorrow as I finalise plans for my next competition with a local Cork designer! You're REALLY going to love that giveaway of a super-hot Summer piece! Stay tuned!
Until next time Ducklings,
Love Vera Xx
